I would be lad, therefore, to know that it is possible to prevent Income Tax papers or demands of any kind being made on any of those in the list herewith, and as it will be necessary shortly to some- what extend this list it will be desirable that the arrangements should cover all of those who are visiting England at the invitation or under the direction of the Government of Hong Kong purely for the purposes of the British Empire Exhibition.
